The medical device industry is undergoing a significant transformation. As the healthcare industry continues to digitize and become more connected, the medical device digital device transformation needs to be advanced and secure. However, many devices are still being produced as they were decades ago – which means companies within this space need to adapt their strategies to keep up with consumer demands. French 75

In celebration of the New Year, we decided to share the New Orleans version of the French 75 cocktail with you all. This drink gets its name from the 75 mm field gun used by the French military during World War I since the drink is said to have a strong kick, like being hit by a 75 mm artillery shell. New Orleans bartenders at Arnaud’s made the cocktail their own by swapping the traditional spirit, gin, with cognac.

  • 1.5 oz. cognac (Courvoisier VS)
  • 1 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp. simple syrup
  • 2.75 oz. Champagne (Moet & Chandon)
  • Lemon twist, for garnish

Method of Preparation:
Place the cognac, lemon juice and simple syrup in a shaker filled with ice and shake only long enough to chill.

Pour into a frosted champagne tulip glass, top with champagne, and add a lemon twist.

This is part one of a four-part blog series on the damaging effects of looking down at your phone and your screen has on your neck.

We all do it and have a forward head position (FHP) with our reliance on devices and technology. This epidemic is not just with working age adults, teens are showing the same changes from phone and device usage.

Can the world stop using technology?
