Distributor Search Program Client Testimonial
"I want to compliment you and your team on the results you have provided to our team. I searched for two years for a 1099 recruiting/resource like what Sanford Rose provides and glad we connected. What makes Sanford Rose standout is the professionalism and structure you have implemented with your initial due diligence and the weekly progress calls to discuss status, opportunities for improvement and results.

Of course, this all starts with great people...you and your expert team have been a pleasure to engage on this initiative. Although our initial agreement has ended, I expect we will re-engage as our business continues to grow into new markets."

Mike, VP of Sales

Client of the Distributor Search Program

I'm the guy (Chief Commercial Officer, Head of Sales, Vice President Sales & Marketing, Chief Revenue Officer, Director of Sales, Chief Growth Officer) that comes into global companies with amazing technologies and executes their visions and plans. Call me if you will, the guy that fixes problems companies never knew they had. I always create sustainable revenue because I build customer centric solutions for long term success. Anyone can write a strategy or build a plan, but very few can execute. I EXECUTE and FOLLOW THROUGH while always leading from the front, setting clear goals and expectations for the team, and holding them accountable for meeting these goals.  What gets measured gets done. I lead with integrity, build trust with my team and customers, and do what I say I am going to do.

Pralines
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, cubed
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups toasted and coarsely chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup boiling water, if needed

Instructions:
  1. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with aluminum foil and spraying the foil with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the white sugar, brown sugar, and evaporated milk.
  3. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Once all is well mixed, insert a candy thermometer. Cook the candy, stirring occasionally, until the thermometer reads 240 F.
  4. Once the proper temperature is reached, remove the pan from the heat and drop the cubes of butter on top, without stirring. Allow the sugar mixture to sit for 1 minute.
  5. Add the vanilla extract and pecans.
  6. Begin to stir smoothly and constantly with a wooden spoon; the candy will begin to thicken and appear lighter in color. Continue to stir until the candy starts to hold its shape. It should still be easy to stir, but don't overdo it, as pralines quickly go from fluid to rock-solid.
  7. Once the confection has a lighter opaque-brown color and is holding its shape, work quicky and drop small spoonfuls of the candy onto the prepared baking sheet. Because the pralines will start to set in the saucepan, you need to spoon out the candy as fast as you safely can. If the candy stiffens before you’re done scooping, add a spoonful of boiling hot water and stir until it loosens, then continue scooping until you have formed all the pralines.
  8. Allow the candy to fully set at room temperature; it should take about 30 minutes for the pralines to harden. Store the pralines in an airtight container at room temperature. Enjoy.

Welcome to the final part of the physical effects that Forward Head Position (FHP) has on the body. The Human Movement System (HMS) is composed of the nervous system, skeletal system, and musculoskeletal system. I have discussed how FHP pulls your head, neck, and shoulders forward and downward, causing pain and remodeling your body. For the final part, I am discussing how FHP affects your nervous system and proprioception.

Proprioception as discussed in this blog is the ability to sense the position, location, orientation, and movement of the entire body or any of its parts. What you feel as normal with regard to your head position is what proprioception is. As your head and neck remodel into FHP, your nervous system adapts to it, so you feel that as your new normal, when you’re actually out of alignment. This has a cascading effect on the entire body and changes your proprioception.
