SRA - Schmidt Group
Meet Gary
Gary Oser is Sanford Rose Associates® - Schmidt Group's Distributor Program Manager. After 30+ years of selling and managing Disruptive Technology sales teams, Gary seamlessly transitioned into his current role, helping manufacturers find distributors needing new and innovative technologies. His continued success in connecting manufacturers and distributors lends itself to more patients, hospitals, and physicians having access to technology that improves outcomes.

Gary enjoys family & friend get-togethers, especially with his wife and three children (including a future son-in-law), outdoor concerts and cooking with his spouse, and fishing when away from work. As a former The University of Alabama football player, it's no surprise he is a college football fanatic. Roll Tide!

After almost every crawfish boil we have some crawfish leftover so we make Crawfish Boil Soup.

Crawfish Boil Soup

  • 1 lb of crawfish tails (sub for shrimp if needed)
  • 4 c of the Holy Trinity chopped (bell pepper, onion, & celery)
  • ¼ c butter
  • 1 package smoked sausage (Andouille is best)
  • 1 T Tony’s Cajun seasoning
  • 6 c chicken stock
  • 1 lb red potatoes quartered
  • 1 package frozen yellow corn kernels
  • 2 T fresh lemon juice

Directions:

  1. In a large Dutch oven, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add andouille sausage; cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Remove andouille using a slotted spoon and place on a plate.
  2. In the same pot, stir together onion, bell peppers and half of the Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add stock, potatoes, thyme, celery seed and remaining Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes. Stir in andouille, crawfish, corn and lemon juice and cook for 2 minutes. Garnish with parsley, if desired.

How the Human Movement System Can Work for You
By Matt Peale

Isolation. Unfortunately, it is a word that has become too common over the last couple years. The government has made us stay away from each other in all facets of life. While isolation can have a few benefits, long term survival of humans relies upon community involvement for strength and stability. You may think the human body also operates in isolation with being able to spot reduce fat, only use one muscle for an exercise, or an injury affecting one part of the body. The truth is, like the human race, the human movement system is interdependent.
